About

A Method Designed with Intention

The Founder

Irina Zolotareva

With a background in professional choreography, bodybuilding, hundreds of hours of education, and thousands of hours working with clients in real time, I created the LIRÉ Method — bringing together the most effective approaches to working with the female body.

I deeply understand the pressure women face — the constant expectation to do more, be more, and keep up with everything. It’s easy to lose connection with yourself in the process. My intention was to create a method that supports women in feeling strong, balanced, and at their best — in a way that fits naturally into a full and dynamic life.

LIRE is the result of that philosophy made practical. It's a method that respects your intelligence, honours your body, and asks you to truly feel what you're doing — not just complete it.

Every class I create is designed to leave you with more awareness, more ease, and more connection than when you started.

The Name

What does LIRE mean?

The name LIRÉ was born from a blend of my own name and the idea of lightness — the essence of my approach. Later, I discovered that "lire" in French means “to read,” which beautifully reflects the method itself: learning to read and understand the language of your own body.

A sense of ease in your body. Freedom in movement. Strength without tension. The LIRÉ Method is designed to help you feel light, strong, and mobile — while restoring a natural, intuitive connection between body and mind.

Our Philosophy

The LIRE Approach

Four Principles behind every class

01

Precision Rooted in Pilates Science

Every class is grounded in the repertoire of the BASI Pilates Academy, with all custom modifications carefully aligned with the fundamental principles of the Pilates method.

02

Precision Over Volume

The goal is to teach your body balanced, correct movement. It’s far more effective to master the fundamentals with precision than to move into advanced exercises with poor technique.

03

Body–Mind Connection

Pilates is, first and foremost, mindful movement. The body follows the mind, developing gradually and intelligently. We recognize the deep connection between physical and emotional states — using movement as a way to reduce stress and restore inner balance.

04

Consistency Is the Key to Results

Progress is not defined by the intensity of a single workout, but by the consistency of your practice over time. The LIRÉ approach is built on short, effective sessions that integrate seamlessly into your daily routine.

A woman’s body is like a cello — at its best when in tune, creating strength, balance, and beauty.
