Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LIRE Method platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Membership
LIRE Method offers monthly and yearly membership plans that provide access to the full class library and playlist programs. Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Premium Courses
Premium courses are available as one-time purchases with time-limited access windows (30, 60, or 90 days from the date of purchase). Access expires at the end of the stated period and must be re-purchased to regain access.
4. Member Discounts
Active monthly members receive a 10% discount on all premium course purchases. Active yearly members receive a 20% discount. Discounts apply at checkout and are not retroactive.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partially used membership periods. Premium course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
6. Content Licence
All content on the LIRE Method platform — including video classes, written materials, and imagery — is the intellectual property of LIRE Method. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account access with any third party. LIRE Method reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this policy.
8. Changes to Terms
LIRE Method reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
